Project 9: Portfolio

Project Corrections / Time Spent: I spent about an hour and a half to re-create the brochure that I was unable to turn in on time to get credit for. I was the last page in my portfolio because I am not happy with my work. I know that I could have done a much better job and have been able to turn it in on time.

Message: I wanted to showcase my work in a professional way. I wanted to be able to start a portfolio of my work to be able to see progress I make along my journey towards a career.

Audience: Potential client and employers.

Top Thing Learned: You should always plan ahead to keep your projects done on time. Always sketch out ideas before you get on the computer.

Future application of Visual Media: I can most definitely see myself using the knowledge I have obtained from this class in many ways. I know that I really want to keep my book to always have and use as a resource for future projects. For example, I now have an eye for typography and the proper ways to use it. I have noticed good and bad examples on the most random things.

Color scheme and color names: Monochromatic, gold

Title Font Name & Category: Orator Std

Copy Font Name & Category: MinionPro
